Located on the golf course, next door to the C14 residence, this modern mountain home was designed in concert with the home design for C14. The home was sited to create additional area between it and the neighboring home on lot C14 while also taking advantage of the views, out the rear, to the Sierra Nevada Mountains and the fairway.
